What this website does, and does not do
- Server logs. When you open a page or file, our web server records the request in an access log: your IP address, the time, the page or file requested, the response status, the referring page if there is one, and your browser’s user-agent string. We use the log to run and secure the website. The log is rotated daily and the 14 most recent rotations are kept; older logs are deleted automatically.
- No cookies, no tracking. The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It has no login and no forms.
- No third-party requests on load. Fonts, images and the PDF documents are served from this website. Opening a page does not make your browser contact any other company.
When you leave the site or contact us
- Links to other sites. Links to LinkedIn, to the sources of the external figures and to the booking page open other companies’ websites, which process data under their own policies. Nothing is sent to them unless you click.
- Booking a call. The “Book a 15-minute call” button opens a Google Calendar appointment page, operated by Google. What you enter there, such as your name, email address and chosen time, is processed by Google to provide the booking and is made available to us so that we can hold the call.
- Email. The buttons that say they open an email only start your own email program; nothing is sent until you send it. If you email us, we receive your message, your address and anything else you include, and we use them to reply to you and to arrange any follow-up you ask for.
Why we process data, and for how long
- Server logs. Purpose: running and securing the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in doing so (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Kept for the 14 daily rotations described above, then deleted automatically.
- Emails and booking details. Purpose: replying to you, holding the call you booked and arranging any follow-up you ask for. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries that people send us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep them for as long as the conversation, or the follow-up you asked for, continues. You can ask us to delete them at any time (see your rights below).
Hosting
The website is served from a server we rent from Hetzner Online GmbH (details above). The access logs described above are kept on that server.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used, by writing to office@bluewaveai.co. You can also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
Changes
This notice describes how the website works as of 28 October 2026. If that changes, we will update it.
